How to get more out of life

Do you want to get more out of life, to feel happy and content? It’s a funny thing, we are all on a different journey but there is a common bond amongst all of us – be it clean eating supporters, real food revolutionaries, busy mums, time poor executives, small business owners, students, retirees, nutritionists, wholefood lovers, naturopaths & fitness (freaks!) – we are all looking to get more out of life, starting with what we put in it.
Here are my tips for a more nourished life
  1. Nurture your natural beauty
  2. Eat for beauty, love and pleasure
  3. Live the life you love
  4. Don’t be hard on yourself if you don’t do what you set out to do.
  5. Do things that make you feel good.
  6. Live the moment – don’t’ look back and wish you had done something.
  7. Make your own choices.
  8. Breathe…slow down, life soon speeds by or catches up.
  9. Do the things you are passionate about.
  10. Keep things simple. (and with routine so you feel in control and avoid stress)
