Pomegranate - that exotic fruit some of us shy from. Don’t, because once you discover its jewels you’ll wonder why you took so long! Packed with antioxidants it is considered to be one of the highest ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) values of any fruit, making it determined to smooth those wrinkles.

TIP:
There are various ways to remove pomegranate seeds but it’s important to find one which suits you! It is recommended to cut the pomegranate in half. Gently push the center upwards from the outside while gripping onto the sides (as if you are trying to stretch it open). Then hit the back of the pomegranate with a wooden spoon and voila, enjoy! (And do this in the sink and make sure you remove the white membrane !)
