A deep-rooted belly laugh not only makes us feel happy and relaxed, but allows us to live longer, be healthier and allows our skin to glow. It combats stress by increasing blood flow and oxygen throughout the body, boosts the immune system, and takes the edge off. It can even be a great ab workout!
