- Mash the avocado and banana together to form a paste.
- Mix in the yoghurt, honey and vitamin E oil and stir well.
- Massage the mask onto your face and leave on for 10-20 minutes.
- Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a towel.

Half a ripe avocado
Half a ripe banana
1 tablespoon plain yoghurt
¼ teaspoon vitamin E oil
2 teaspoons runny honey
