AUSTRALIA
We offer 3 types of Shipping at checkout.
1. Free Parcel Post with tracking for orders over A$75
2. Parcel Post with tracking A$8 for orders under A$75. We subsidise your postal cost and you receive a tracking number from Australia Post. Delivery time is dependent on your postcode, regional areas and the west coast of Australia may take up to 7 working days.
3. Express Post with tracking and priority pick and pack A$12. Orders received by 12pm will be shipped same working day, otherwise next day pick, pack and post. This order type takes priority over all other online orders.

USA
Shipped directly to the USA from the USA.
We offer 3 types of Shipping at checkout.
1. Free USPS Ground Advantage (2-7 days) with tracking for orders over US$45.
2. USPS Ground Advantage (2-7 days) with tracking US$5 for orders under US$45.
3. USPS Priority Mail (2 days) with tracking and priority pick and pack US$15

- Your order may take up to 2-7 days to reach you.
INTERNATIONAL (EXCLUDING USA)
We love sending orders worldwide!
We currently offer one service:
INTL Standard / Pack & Track (PT18 - Australia Post ref code) for a set charge A$20 (free for
orders over A$75)
- We will notify you via email with your tracking number when your goods are dispatched.
- Your order will be shipped from Sydney next working day.
- Your order may take up to 20 days to reach you. We are not responsible for your goods once they leave Australian shores.
- Customs duties may apply and varies by country, particularly in the EU. We are not liable for any import duties, restrictions or taxes so please check the regulations for your own country before ordering. Any taxes that may be charged for entry into your own country are payable by you.
How to follow up your order
If you haven’t received your order in the reasonable delivery time, please respond to our despatch email or email service@lukbeautifood.com with your order number and name for us to follow up the delivery or free call within Australia 1300 669 442 (AUS) or click the Chat With Us button on the website.
RETURNS
Change of Mind / Wrong Item Purchased.
Opened / Unopened Goods: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on open goods unless there is a quality issue. We have 'Try at Home' samples for Lip Nourish and Instant Glow Tinted Complexion Balm as well as an Online Quiz to help you find your ideal shade match. Both product samples come with a coupon for A$10 off to put towards your next order. Our other makeup lines are not suitable for sampling.
Quality Issue
We guarantee our products and will REFUND 100% including return postage and handling. Contact us immediately to rectify the situation.
Holiday Cut Offs & Warehouse Closure
AUSTRALIA
The dates below are a guide to receive goods by 24 December but please order early to avoid disappointment.
Sending to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA or the ACT:
Order online by 9am Thursday 19/12 (parcel post).
Sending to WA, TAS or NT:
Order by Monday 16/12 (parcel post) and by 9am Thursday 19/12 (express post).
Sending international from Australia:
We use International Express Parcel service and recommend ordering by Friday 13/12. International lodgement dates vary depending on destination and overseas deliveries may be affected by factors that are beyond our control such as customs delays and overseas postal disruptions.

Warehouse Closures
We are closed from Thursday 19/12 and will reopen on Monday 06/01. You can continue to place orders over this period and we will dispatch your order as soon as we return.
INTERNATIONAL (EXCLUDING USA)
All orders outside of Australia (excluding USA) are shipped from our Australian Warehouse.
For most international locations, you need to order by 5 December for delivery by 24 December.

USA
The dates below are a guide to receive goods by 24 December when sending within the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Order online by Tuesday 12/17 (parcel post allow 2-7 days) and by Thursday 12/19 (priority
mail).

Warehouse Closures
Our USA warehouse is closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day only. Orders will be shipped as normal on all other days.
