We accept Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard & AMEX via the Shopify inbuilt payment facility which provides security and is PCI compliant. We also offer Paypal Express, the PayPal facility can also be used to processes credit card payments. After Pay is now available for orders over $50. Check out with Shop Pay for carbon-neutral deliveries.



We offer 3 types of Shipping at checkout.
1. Free Post no tracking
2. Parcel Post with tracking $5
3. Express Post with tracking and priority pick and pack. $10


(1) Free Post - no tracking. No minimum spend HOWEVER, there is no tracking and you are responsible for the receipt of your product. Your order will take 7-10 days depending on what state you reside.

(2) Parcel Post with tracking $5 (free for orders over $50). The best option as we subsidise your postal cost and you receive a tracking number from Australia Post. Delivery time is dependent on your postcode, regional areas and the west cost of Australia may take up to 7 working days.

(3)Express Post with tracking and priority pick and pack. $10. Orders received by 12pm will be shipped same working day, otherwise next day pick, pack and post. This order type takes priority over all other online orders.

  • We will notify you via email when your goods are dispatched. If you selected option 2 or 3 with tracking then the number will be in your dispatch email.
  • Online orders will be shipped from Sydney next working day.
  • For your convenience, orders of single lip nourish (up to 5) are packed in slimline recycled paper board envelope and are delivered directly to your letterbox.

INTL Standard / Pack & Track (PT18 - Australia Post ref code) for a set charge $10* (free for
orders over $50)

  • We will notify you via email with your tracking number when your goods are dispatched.
  • You order will be shipped from Sydney next working day.
  • Your order may take up to 20 days to reach you. We are not responsible for your goods once they leave Australian shores.
  • Customs duties may apply and varies by country. We are not liable for any import duties, restrictions or taxes so please check the regulations for your own country before ordering. Any taxes that may be charged for entry into your own country are payable by you.

How to follow up your order

If you haven’t received your order in the reasonable delivery time, please respond to our despatch email or email with your order number and name for us to follow up the delivery or free call 1300 669 442 (AUS) or click the Chat With Us button on the website.


1. Open Goods: Luk Beautifood Pty Ltd have a shopper 'Happy Shade Guarantee' policy in place. We think our colours look beautiful on all faces, but if you feel like the shade’s just not working for you, return the product within 7 days of receipt at your own cost for a refund or exchange. Send your product to Unit 1, 13B Narabang Way, Belrose NSW 2085 AUSTRALIA. The company accepts you will have tried the product a couple of times to gauge suitability, we need to have over 95% of the lipstick in tack when returning. The outer box is not necessary, to keep your costs low it is best to return the goods via letter / non tracked post, please include your name and order number. We will refund you via the method you paid for your goods with in 14 days. This policy applies to online purchases from The Luk Beautifood website only.

2) Unopened Goods :If you change your mind please return the unopened goods to Luk Beautifood Pty Ltd, Unit 1, 13B Narabang Way, Belrose NSW 2085 AUSTRALIA within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. We will refund your money within 2 weeks of receipt into the account you paid for your goods.
