The
main functions of the skin are to:
- Detox your body
- Produce oil
- Protect you from external hostilities such as the sun, wind etc.
- Regulate body temperature
- Physically perceive the world around you i.e. heat, cold
The skin you’re in is
influenced by many factors such as:
- DNA
- Exposure to environmental elements such as the sun, pollution and wind etc.
- Skincare routine
- Diet
- Lifestyle habits such as drinking alcohol, smoking and caffeinated drinks
- Sleep and exercise patterns
- Hormones

inflammation (arising for boy’s immune system response) &
free radicals – unstable and chemically incomplete atoms that tend to steal electrons from other molecules in order to stabilise, they are produced in great abundance through via:
