We were at a glamorous and oh so happy wedding on the weekend, it was the perfect way to get into the mood for Valentine's week.
14th February is one day in the year where we are reminded in our busy lives to stop and make an extra effort. To let the person we love know exactly that. It does not take much effort - a card, a special little sweat treat or a flower popped on a pillow.
And it is not just for couples, Valentine's can be for families, to show your kids how to express love in a simple, yet beautiful way. Last year we spontaneously created a
'love picnic' at the bottom of the garden with a trail of hearts for 'our love' to follow when he got home from work.
