- Don’t be hard on yourself if you don’t do what you set out to do.
- Do things that make you feel good.
- Live the moment – don’t’ look back and wish you had done something.
- Make your own choices.
- Breathe…slow down, life soon speeds by or catches up.
- Do the things you are passionate about.
- Keep things simple. (and with routine so you feel in control and avoid stress)
