Can I use my points on multiple purchases?
Yes. you can use the slider to select how many points you want to use on your purchase. Keep the rest for next time.
How do I find out how many points I have earned?
Login to your account, then click the Lük Loyalty icon bottom left of the website. Your points will show when you are logged in.
Do my points expire?
You have 12 months to use your points. If for some reason you are not able to redeem your points in that time, please contact us.
How do I earn points for my birthday?
Login to your account, then click the Lük Loyalty icon bottom left of the website. Click Earn Points. Then scroll down to Birthday and add your birthdate. Note you need to add your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday to get your points.
How do I earn points for referrals?
Login to your account, then click the Lük Loyalty icon bottom left of the website. Copy the unique URL and send it to your friends. When they make a purchase using your link, you will automatically earn points. We will also send them a voucher to use for their next purchase.
Can points be used with other discount codes?
No sorry, you can't use automatic discounts or coupon codes with your loyalty points coupon.
How do I use my points?
Make sure you are logged into your account. Click the Lük Loyalty icon bottom right of the screen. Click "Ways to Redeem" then "Order Discount. Decide how many points you want to put toward your purchase. Copy the coupon code and add it at checkout.
How long after completing a review do my points appear in my account?
To earn points for reviews, you need to click through to the reviews from the email we send you so that we can verify you. Once your review is approved, your points will appear in your account. You need to be subscribed for email marketing to qualify.
