- $5 flat shipping rate via Australia Post for orders under $50.
- Express Post via Australia Post is $10.
Online orders will be shipped from Sydney within the next working day. Delivery time is dependent on your postcode, regional areas may take up to 7 working days.
We will notify you via email when your goods are dispatched. If you require tracking please opt for the Express Post delivery.
For your convenience, orders are delivered directly to your letterbox in slimline packaging.

How to follow up your order
If you haven’t received your order in the reasonable delivery time for your postcode or country, please respond to our despatch email or email [email protected] with your order number and name for us to follow up delivery.
Immediate: If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order before we dispatch – please contact us immediately and we will return your payment within 3 working days.
On receipt of goods: If you have not opened/used your purchase, please return it by regular post to luk beautifood Australia within 7 days and we will refund within 3 days the cost of Lip Nourish.
Quality Issue: We guarantee our products and will REFUND 100% including return postage and handling. Contact us immediately to rectify the situation.
Wrong Colour Selection: if you are unhappy with the shade you have received please let us know and we will exchange it for free providing you return the original shade to us.
