PAYMENT

We accept Credit Cards – Visa & Mastercard,  PayPal and Bank Transfer. No COD or cheques.

Credit Cards are processed using Stripe which provides security and is PCI compliant.  The PayPal facility can also be used to processes credit card payments.

SHIPPING

Australia

FREE delivery via Australia Post. Express Post additional $10.00

Online orders will be shipped within 3 working days of receipt.

We will notify you via email when your goods are dispatched. We do not used registered post and cannot track a delivery unless you opt for Express Post.

For your convenience, where possible products are packed in an envelope and will be delivered to your letter box, NOT via PARCEL service.

For larger orders, Parcel Post service will be used and these items are trackable but do not require a signature for delivery.  Tracking numbers will be included on your despatch email and you can track your parcel at – auspost.com.au/track

Trade Accounts

Wholesale or larger quantities are shipped via parcel service. Terms exist for special or large volumes.

International

We take orders for shipment outside of Australia. The minimum order is $49.95 for free shipping otherwise we charge s flat fee of $9.95. We use Australia Post and ship by air. Your order is NOT trackable.

Customs duties may apply to some items and varies by country.  We are not liable for any import duties, restrictions or taxes so please check the regulations for your own country before ordering.  Any taxes that may be charged for entry into your own country are payable by you.

Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped by Air so we are unable to send Nail Polish outside of Australia.

RETURNS

Immediate: If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order before we dispatch – please contact us immediately and we will return your payment within 3 working days.

On receipt of goods: If you have not opened/used your purchase, please return it by regular post to luk beautifood Australia within 7 days and we will refund within 3 days the cost of Lip Nourish.

Quality Issue: We guarantee our products and will REFUND 100% including return postage and handling. Contact us immediately to rectify the situation.

Wrong Colour Selection: if you are unhappy with the shade you have received please let us know and we will exchange it for free providing you return the original shade to us.

Sale items:  All purchases are final.  No refunds.  No exchanges.
