Here, I give you a little more detail on the making!
In a Vitamix or high speed blender that heats as it blends thru friction and creates the most creamy smooth texture, combine ingredients and whiz on high until mixture has heated up and is well blended. You can use traditional chocolate pieces as they will melt as it heats. Fill the bowl 2/3rds max. On the stove. Heat hot chocolate recipe mixture in a saucepan whisk until all ingredients are combined and or melted. To Serve: Create a little ritual around the making of your hot chocolate recipe.
